A newly signed up account will be provided with a hiKerala branded wristband. For each and every activity user will get points credited to his/her account. For example by sending a message, you will get 5 points credited to your account. Like this ou will get points for uploading a video, sharing a photo, commenting on some post etc.

You can get a maximum of 100 points per day for all your activities.
The site says that, by signing up we are accepting the terms and conditions. But the link to terms and conditions given at the signup screen is a dead link. I request the site admin to kindly make it clear that what are the terms and conditions we are accepting.
Another serious thing is that the site failed to attract female members in this early stage which will make this site a boring place for hanging out.
As of now the site using a "Invite your friend and earn points" marketing strategy. I dont know how this is going to work as the what's new link shows a public wall which itself creates an insecure feeling for a typical user.
Earning points is not a big deal. It is as easy as posting some photos or liking other guys content or share some fancy video stuff.
